My friends and I popped in around 2:00 on a Saturday. There was absolutely no one in the shop but the girls would not allow us to try on any dresses because there was supposedly an appointment and they had no time to squeeze us in. So we made an appointment for 12:00 the next day. They took the brides name and number and we left. When we showed up at 10 of, the store was not open. So we decided to wait and kill some time by walking around. Sooner than later it was 12:20 and the store was still closed. (Sunday hours are 12-5). We decided to leave and get some food figuring they would call us and an hour after their supposed opening time, we have not received a phone call. I do not recommend this shop.
I recently visited World Mall Bridal Dreams with my daughter. We were looking for prom gowns. My daughter loved this specific Jovani gown, however it was a little outside of my budget. The manager and sales girl were such a huge help. They told us about a collection called JVN by Jovani which is a more reasonably priced prom line. We tried on gowns that were very similar to the style that my daughter wanted. In the end, we found a gown my daughter loved and I was happy because it was much less that the gown she initially wanted. We placed an order at the store and since we came all the way from Pennsylvania, they are having the gown shipped to us for free. Now if that isn't exceptional customer service, I don't know what is. Along with the prom gown, we received a choice of either a pair of shoes or jewelry set as a gift! Talk about making it easy for a mother! I have plenty of jewelry at home so we chose the shoes. Thank you Bridal Dreams for such a pleasant prom shopping experience. We will definitely recommend to others for prom, bridal and evening. We noticed how many gorgeous lines you carry for other special occasions. And I will be back when I am planning my daughter's wedding =D.
I live fairly close to this bridal store and saw they were having a big sale. I went into the store and the sales ladies were very rude and not helpful at all. All they cared about was closing on time. I went to the store 40 minutes before closing and they only allowed me to try 2 dresses on. Both of the dresses looked cheap when I tried them on. This is only bridal store in Bay Ridge. They should have been more helpful and tried to make a sale.
Jennifer- the store manager and the other young lady have to be the nicest people I've worked with! Going to sheepshead bay where the Russians told me I was too big for any of their dresses to going to jersey where I was unable to find anything- I stumbled upon bridal dream and couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone interested in gorgeous gowns!
